Sheroy M Bodhanwalla is a dual qualified legal practitioner, qualified to practice law in both India and New York. He holds a Bachelor of Legal Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Government Law College (GLC), University of Mumbai. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the Duke University School of Law, USA wherein he specialised in international and American domestic arbitration, dispute resolution, negotiation and the business & economics of law firms, with a detailed study of arbitration proceedings conducted under the aegis of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules of Arbitration and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Rules of Arbitration.

He presently practices primarily at the Bombay High Court with specialised focus on intellectual property and media and entertainment law (transactional and adversarial), civil litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution and white collar crime.
